Help Orr Street Studios recover after significant fire

Early Sunday morning July 21, 2024, Orr Street Studios experienced a fire that caused

considerable damage in the south wing of the building. Eight studios have been evacuated.

The total building is w/o electricity and unusable for an indeterminant time.

As we continue to assess the damage, the following needs have been identified and we are seeking financial contributions for the following: compensation to artists for lost artwork and supplies, damage and lost income to Orr Street Studios that includes damage to items in the office from the fire, loss income from event rentals, art sales, etc., extra inside cleaning expenses, enhanced security and emergency communication devices, and needing to rent an office space elsewhere, until we can be back in the building.

We have extended our goal moderately to help address additional lost income to Orr Street Studios and artists that we have recently learn about.
