Help Us Pay For Popeye's Surgery

This is our foster baby Popeye (real name T-rex) and he has horrible breathing issues that make it difficult to go day-to-day normally. The rescuer named him TRex because he truly sounds like a dinosaur, and it is heart breaking. On the top of that, he has entropion and cherry eye, that are very painful and effecting his vision.

We love him very much and would love to raise the money to get him this surgery.

It pains us to see him like this, and our rescue truly needs the funds so we can get him this surgery as soon as possible. Please help us help this sweet soul.
