Help Churachandpur hospital prepare for Covid 19

Churachandpur district hospital in the state of Manipur, in India is dealing with a wave of Covid 19 infections and deaths.

The community hospital is facing a lack of oxygen cylinders and concentrators. They are also short of HI masks for the patients, 3 layer masks for health providers, pulse oximeter and digital thermometer, among other medical essentials (here's a handwritten inventory from one of the doctors who works there). There is a better equipped hospital in the state capital, but that is 60K away. 

This is our hometown and we are doing our bit so we can provide the hospital with some of these essential supplies and equipment.
