Please Help Our Dear Friend Shana Fight Her Cancer Battle

We are fundraising for a very dear friend of ours that is battling cancer. Shana has stage 4 metastasized HER2 positive breast cancer that spread to her liver and spine that cannot be cured. With treatments, for the rest of her life, the doctor said she could live many years with this, not up into her 80s, but many years. Shana started her chemo on Monday and will have it every three weeks for a six-to-eight-week cycle.

After the chemo, she will then be changed to an anti-estrogen medicine that we she will take daily and will have infusions every three weeks. This will be for the rest of her life. The infusion medicines may change from time to time as the cancer adapts to it and starts to grow again.

This has all happened so quickly from May till now. It's overwhelming thankfully she has the support of her family, and her stepmother Lisa is taking her to appointments and trying to ingest all this for her. Shana is a daughter, mother, friend, co-worker, and a great person. We want to show her our support and how loved she is.
