Help our displaced family members from Ukraine

Since the war started on the 24th February, many of our family members were stuck on the outskirts of Kiev under constant bombing and artillery fire. On the 4th of March two of Tonya's sisters, her two nieces and sister-in-law's mother spent 2 days making their way from Kiev to Lviv and then onto the safety of Poland. They left with only rucksacks containing one change of clothes and essential documents.

They are now in Warsaw, Poland and we have applied for VISA's for them to come and stay with us in the UK. We hope that these will be granted next week.

We are starting this fundraiser to raise money to allow them to meet their basic needs when they arrive in the UK and, eventually when they can, make the journey back to Ukraine to rebuild their lives. Every penny given will be provided to these couragous, strong and independent women so that they can rebuild their future.
