Help our dog Pepper

Please help in anyway you can. Our dog Pepper is currently at the WAVES animal hospital in Perth awaiting emergency surgery to fix a blockage in her intestines. The cost of this has been quoted at 10-12k. Which we are scrambling to come up with or risk losing Pepper. Any help is greatly appreciated, I realise this is short notice and times are tough, any thing at all is appreciated. Please share with friends and family so we can get Pepper home and safe.
