Help little children of Gaza stay safe and alive!

Help me rescue my beautiful family from the damned war on Gaza.

My name is Fadi A. Ayyad, an 18-year old son of an extended Palestinian family from Northern Gaza, specifically from Al-Shujaiya , the most devastated area where the horrific war is now taking place.

My family has been forcibly displaced under a life-threatening situation since the early days of the war and then our peaceful, beautiful house has been completely demolished and all sweet memories and belongings have been lost; nothing has been left.

Under the ongoing Israeli threats, We have moved to the south of Gaza seeking peace and safety with nothing to have except the clothes we were wearing at the time and there we were offered to live in a very small tent with no water, no food ,no clothes, and lots of infectious diseases because of crowded places ; my family went from having everything to having nothing; I mean we don’t now have the lowest level of basic needs. In the blink of an eye, every thing has dramatically changed; a life of sufferings and cries has started; everything is now lost, no money to live on and no house to live in except the humanitarian aids that have been offered from time to time. As other Palestinian people, our sufferings start from the early morning till the end of the day seeking for water and food and at night we get ready to the constant horrific sounds of bombings that make us scared and terrified especially my sisters and brothers. We sleep every day unknowing if we will wake up the next day alive and well.

Every day is a horror movie; we close our eyes and ears to pass through it, but now my fears have been continuously increasing since the time the Israeli Defense Forces declared war on the south where I and my family are staying at the moment. Dangerous bombings are getting closer and the pretended safety in the south seems to vanish. No safe place in Gaza. We are all exposed to be bombed at any moment.

Every day , I picture what has been taking place in the north of Gaza for months; lots of relatives have been killed due to the ongoing bombings and shelling, most of them are children and women. I don’t want such horrific incidents happen to my peaceful innocent family; I don’t want to lose my loved family, a matter that makes me forced to ask helpful free people to offer donations to help my family flee this nightmare to the nearby country where there are peace and safety until these black days pass and the war ends.

Also, I want to say that I am a high-school student and my study has stopped since 7th October, so I don’t want my dreams and ambitions to disappear. My only chance to realize such dreams is to leave Gaza as soon as possible to join the ongoing intensive classes offered for the Palestinian students who flee the war in Egypt. My dream will come true with your help. My older brothers have also lost their education at university and seemingly the war will kill everything we have been trying to build over years. It seems that our dreams and hopes will be a thing of the past.

My father is a well-known English teacher who is used to giving English Classes for high-school students. He has also lost his successful educational institute that used to give useful classes for students of all ages. the IDF completely bombed every corner of the place and burned all the stuff that belongs to the institute. Literally, our life has been destroyed dramatically and nothing has been left except the hope that you may offer for a new start.

Fleeing to Egypt is the only way to save my family and my future, and I should be so grateful and thankful for every donor who will help evacuate me and my eight -member family to the nearby country, Egypt to end this imminent disaster.

This process needs me to pay $5000 per person over 16 and 2500 per person under 16 to let the whole family move out of Gaza through Rafah crossing point as coordination fees. ( Total amount required is ($ 35000) distributed as $20000 for adults (4 people ) and 10000 for children ( 4 children ) .

In the end, I want to say that I was never used to asking anyone for financial help , but the curse of the war that has spread poverty and sickness among us and the fear of losing one of my family just as what happened to my cousins are the reasons for this plea.

Lana is a very unique character with high level of intelligence. Now she is no longer going to school and all the time she stays outdoors or in our small tent.

Hamood all the time tries to find a way to have fun time with no toys nor a place to sit in except the sand and mud that have become his new toys. Life has become so miserable that all generations young or old are paying the bill of war

This is our new kitchen a homemade oven to cook the food and to make hot drinks. No more cooking gas, so we use remain of olive wood. We spend long time to get something prepared. Hardship has become our daily chasing ghost.

Part of my father's business , a well-known educational institute for school teens before and after the war . By the way my father was one of the well-known educators in Gaza, but sadly the war has swept every beautiful moment. His business is now gone.

A well-equipped classes were entirely either burned or bombed.

As well our beautiful six-story house was also completely bombed and burned. No more beautiful memories of my childhood. My decorated bed room, school books clothes I used to collect have gone in the blink of an eye with one heavy bomb or rocket.

The other guys of the family wouldn't come out in such sad and sorrowful incidents.
