Please help our family as we recover

Hi we’re Emily and Tyler, mom and dad to five precious kiddos. Our youngest, Oliver is seven weeks old. Yesterday out of nowhere he stopped breathing. He went limp and blue. We met an ambulance on the side of the road and handed our lifeless baby over to them. They confirmed he was not breathing and barely had a pulse. He was given cpr and brought back before being life flighted to Lehigh valley cedar crest where we continue to search for answers as to why this event occurred. Dad has already been off of work for a week because I had a gallbladder attack out of nowhere and needed emergency surgery. I’m not able to care for Oliver’s needs on my own at this time as I’m also healing. Please help us get through this extremely difficult and terrifying time. Thank you.

update on Oliver. Results show tracheomalacia and laryngomalacia. He also failed his swallow study showing that as he eats it penetrates into his airway causing him to choke. Waiting on head ultrasound and echocardiogram. Sick to my stomach.

Further update. Oliver is being transferred to chop as his issues appear to be out of their realm here in Allentown. We’re expected to be there a while and I don’t know how we’re going to keep things going with both of us out of work. Anything helps. Even shares.
