Help Our Family Lay O.J. to rest at home in Dallas

My name is Toya "Jade" Green and it breaks my heart to announce the sudden passing of my baby brother O.J.
Its hard to come up with the words to say about my brother Otis James Hubbard Jr. I raised him up and looked after him while my mother was in prison for 22yrs. He was like my 1st child before I had my own child and I loved him dearly despite the challenges we had as adults....we always had deep love & care for each other back no matter what! Its hard to believe this is even really real and it saddens me to have to lay his body to rest just 2yrs after our father passed away.
He struggled with sobriety and homelessness while fighting congestive heart failure and died at 39 years old last Sunday July 21st 2024...just a month before his 40th birthday. His heart was operating at only 10% the last time I seen him alive in the hospital and I'm so glad I was able to spend those last few hours with him because deep in my spirit, I knew that would be the last time I'd see him again. We need to have the funds for his funeral & memorial service back in his home town in Dallas so we can bring his final chapter to close. Its just me an my mother pulling this together, so any help from family, village, community and anyone that knew & loved him would be deeply appreciated during this heart breaking time.
I got you and will always remember & hold you in my heart my sweet baby brother O.J. May you be welcomed in the loving arms of our Ancestors until we meet again....Ase ✨️✨
