Please Help our family recover from this freak accident

On Saturday, November 2, 2024, we were involved in an accident while we were out fishing with our boys and riding our side-by-side on the dirt roads near our home. Cory and the boys have some bumps and bruises, but I was not so lucky. I was thrown from the side-by-side, and it ended up landing on its side on my back. I was taken by ambulance to our local hospital and then transported to Macon to a trauma center, where I have been since then. I have been downgraded from the ICU as of yesterday evening, but for the time being, I am still hospitalized, and Cory has had to take time off from work that we were not prepared for.

My spleen was destroyed, I have lacerations to my kidneys and gallbladder, I've broken several ribs, and have 4 fractures to my spine between L1-L4. Needless to say, I have a long road to recovery ahead of me. And while Cory has been amazing and his parents have come up and spent time with our kids this week to help us out, their lives keep on moving, and Cory has to go back to work, or we cannot pay our bills. I hate doing this, but I'm unsure how else I can help at the moment as I will be unable to work for the next few months as a result of this accident.
