Help our family relocate to be family

Hello my name is Charlie and I am asking for your help today. My family has been struggling for a while now due to many medical issues and disabilities. I haven't been able to hold a steady job due to my seizure condition. My partner has an autoimmune disorder and massive ovarian cysts that are preventing her from functioning as she normally would.
