Help our foodbank provide for those in need

We need your help!

Silver Road Community Centre has been running a foodbank for the NR3 community since October 2020. Since then, we have been fighting every month to provide for the community, by getting donations and grants. However, the last few months have been extremely difficult with our numbers increasing every single week. We are now helping more than 200 people per month.

We are an independent foodbank, run only by volunteers. We are open twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays, and try our hardest to help anyone and everyone. We run a community fridge every Saturday, alongside our foodbank, to provide even more to the community.

As demand increases, so does our need for donations and help. We are trying our hardest to keep providing for those in need, but due to the increase, our pot has decreased significantly and will only last a few more weeks.

For us to continue, Silver Road Community Centre's Foodbank needs your help and support by donating money and/or food.
