Help friend Michael Wilson with medical expenses

Hi my name is Sarah Tippit. My good friend of almost 40 years Michael Wilson had a massive stroke recently which saw him hospitalized in the Washington D.C. area for the last two months. He now faces a long road in rehab to regain full use of his arms and legs. He also lost his beloved pet dog during this trying time. His elderly mother, who lives in a senior facility, drives him to rehab, because Michael cannot drive himself. Unfortunately, due to his disability, he cannot work in the professions he excelled in during his life -- managing restaurants and fashion model management, editorial and photography. Mike is trying to find work he can do from home with only partial use of his limbs. In the meantime, he needs some help paying his basic living expenses, including mortgage, utilities, and food. He hopes to return to near normal in the next few months, and his goal is to return to work. Any amount you can spare could help Mike stay afloat.
