Help our mom with unforeseen medical expenses

Hi, My name is Sanjuana. I'm creating this account to help my mother with recent unforeseen medical expenses due to getting hit by a car while walking in a parking lot. While being treated for the accident, they discovered that she has degenerative disc disease and a bone spur in her spine pushing into her spinal cord, keeping her out of work since October 2021. In the midst of this, she has also lost her job and can't terminate her lease for another six months. My mother lives paycheck to paycheck and needs help from our family and friends. If you know my mom, you know that she would give you the clothes off of her back and wouldn't want to ask for help on her own. My sister and I are helping her navigate this difficult time and appreciate any help we can get.

My mothers' surgery is on March first, and I will take time off from work to care for her for the month.
