Fundraiser for Mama Kim's funeral costs and medical bills

Hi our names are Anna and Meredith and we are raising money for our amazing mom Kim.

In October 2023 our mom had a pain in her abdomen that she thought was a pulled muscle, but when the pain did not go away she went into the doctor. After running numerous tests they found a large cancerous tumor wrapped around her kidney and stomach. Her diagnosis is soft tissue angiosarcoma but with sarcomas they do not stage them. All we know is that the tumor is too large to operate on and she needs chemotherapy to help shrink the tumor to hopefully make is small enough to operate on.

Our Mom is an amazing mother, grandmother (to her FIRST grandchild!) wife, friend, sister and daughter. She is a hospice social worker and has continued to push through her chemo treatments and work full time. Although she has done an amazing job working she is getting deeper into her chemo treatments and she is not able to work the same amount of hours as she did at the beginning of her journey. Mom will need to go on short term disability at work soon and that is a HUGE cut in income along with the hospital bills pouring in.

- Prayers and positivity- We are praying for a miracle. We ask that you pray for healing for our Momma Kim as well as strength for her and her loved ones. Please send all your prayers, love and positive thoughts to her.

- Donations- Insurance won’t cover all of her treatment costs and the bills are coming in quickly. Any funds raised will go to medical costs and insurance deductibles. A donation of any size would help ease the burden of this trying time, so our Mom can stay focused on healing without added financial pressure.
