Help our musician friend Phil Leadbetter

Phil Leadbetter has a long standing career in the bluegrass community and one of the leading players of the Resonator guitar (Dobro). We affectionately know him as the good humored Uncle Phil Leadbetter. A three time recipient of the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Dobro Player of the Year award has earned him many stints with groups such as JD Crowe and New South, Wildfire, Grasstowne, Dale Ann Bradley Band, Flashback, Steve Gulley and New Pinnacle and most recent Phil Leadbetter and the All Stars of Bluegrass. As most of you know, Phil has fought a ten year battle with cancer (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma) and in stage 4 kidney failure. Currently, Phil is hospitalized with Covid-19 and fighting for his life with many health challenges. Phil and his wife Lisa need our help. The doctor bills were already astronomical and now even more so. Phil has always been there to help and support others and now we need to help him.
