We’re seeking your support and compassion during a challenging time in our lives. Our parents, Joaquin and Judy Fuñe, are facing a dual battle against cancer and the natural effects of aging. As their children, we are committed to standing by their side, but we need your help to ensure they receive the care and support they deserve.

Our mom is turning 60 this year and has stage 4 breast cancer, currently going through chemo with 12 more sessions to go and will continue with radiation shortly after. Our dad, age 74, recently had full mouth dental surgery and will be having another surgery on his prostate in June. The emotional toll is immense, but the financial burden is equally daunting. They have sacrificed basic needs like food and utilities to afford medical care, leading to increased anxiety and depression.

Our mom hasn’t been able to work since 2008 due to her conversion disorder and other health problems. Our dad is a retired veteran on a fixed income. Not enough to compensate for the basic and medical necessities they need in their condition. We’re hoping with your help we can ease their stress so that home life can run smoothly for them while they go through this difficult journey.
