Help our Uncle Glenn FIGHT pancreatic cancer

As many of you may not know, our Uncle Glenn (Nigel or TingTing) has been quietly fighting pancreatic cancer. He was diagnosed with cancer of the pancreas which has metastasized to his lymph nodes in the pancreatic region. He was operated on a month ago but the tumor was not removed since it was too close to a major blood vessel. He has since been referred by the surgeon to an oncologist to get a PET scan before chemotherapy can be started. He still hasn’t been able to see the oncologist with the scan results for the chemotherapy to start.

Medical insurance is basically non-existent in the Philippines and expenses have started to pile up. Our dad, his siblings, as well as the extended family have been helping cover most of our uncle’s medical expenses but it is simply not enough.

We have started this GoFundMe to help fund our uncle’s chemotherapy sessions and the many additional tests that it will take for Uncle Glenn to battle this cancer. Although he has lost a considerable amount of weight, we’re grateful that he’s in high spirits considering his current circumstances and he’s grateful to see friends and family visiting him.

Any and every donation is appreciated and will go towards funding his treatment to beat this horrible cancer. If friends and family could sacrifice the price of a coffee, we will reach our goal in no time!
