Help out Paul Clements during his cancer treatment!

Hey all!

We’ve put together this donation page for my brother Paul Clements.

Paul has recently been diagnosed with cancer, and we’re reaching out for support during this challenging time. Paul has been diagnosed with throat cancer, and the road ahead includes chemotherapy/radiation 5 days a week for the next 7 weeks. The travel expenses are going to be overwhelming, as he is not allowed to drive himself to and from his appointments at Sunnybrook Hosptial in Toronto, so we’re asking for your help. He has signed up for transportation through Wheels of Hope, however, they don’t have enough drivers available for the amount of patients who currently need transportation for cancer care. A round trip Uber from his home to the O’Dette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook will average $100 on the days he cannot get transportation via Wheels of Hope, which will likely be half the treatment days. The funds raised will go towards transportation and to offset his reduced income from having to go on EI/short term disability.

Any amount you can contribute will make a huge difference. Paul is very optimistic and positive about the outcome, as are his care team at the O’Dette Cancer Centre at Sunnybrook, however, he needs help to make ends meet during this very stressful time.
