Help out Doug "Chappy" Chapman while he's off work

Electric Power is doing a Go Fund Me for Doug "Chappy" Chapman. Doug has worked at the mill since 1998 and has been off work for an extended period of time last year and this year due to multiple neck fusion surgeries and other procedures.
