Help out parents of 3 young children!

My best friend and her husband have hit a wall. They have an autistic 3 year old and twin infants. The father is the sole income and is currently missing work as their son is in the hospital, and is very sick. He has to stay home with his girls while his wife stays in the hospital with their son. Medical expenses are going to be paid for by their insurance, but they have no PTO and are unsure how they’re supposed to pay rent or other bills while missing so much work. FMLA guarantees the time off without retaliation, but not payment of lost wages (they’re in Oregon). Anything will help! Or a share! She’s my best friend and it’s hard being so far from her and unable to help them more.
