Help Overcome 15 Years of Medical Struggles

First off, I'm sorry for asking for your hard-earned money, and thank you if you do decide to help me. I get it if you don't though; everyone's got their own struggles, and it's why I've always felt guilty at the thought of asking friends and family for help. I recently got an official diagnosis for the medical condition I've been struggling with for the past 15 years, it's called FMF. I won't bore you with the details, although if you want some info on it, shoot me a message somewhere and I'll send you a link to a great website I found with some good information. Basically though, I'm setting up this fundraiser to help pay off the debt I've accumulated paying for hospital stays, doctor visits and rent that I was behind on due to missing work for all those hospital stays and doctor visits. I don't know if anyone is able to help me, but I'll take whatever help you're able or willing to give me. Thank you again.
