Help Owen out of a serious housing crisis

To summarize: I am trapped in what everyone around me agrees is a truly horrible and exploitative collective living situation, and on top of needing to create space to even get out of it and move forward, I currently am experiencing a couple different financial emergencies that are extremely dire and urgent, on top of a now rapidly intensifying risk of housing loss. Anything anyone can contribute at all is hugely helpful.

I am in need of funds to help mitigate several different household emergencies that are happening at once, within a context of a collective living situation that has gone horribly awry and left me as the leaseholder holding the bag for all kinds of liability that I never signed up for.

Unfortunately, as the interpersonal situation (which is both leading to at least a couple of the immediate issues and to my inability to deal with them financially) here is extremely sensitive and fraught, I can’t get into much more of the specifics surrounding it. But those of you who know me and know any of the details of the horrific situation that has been unfolding over the past year+ know just how pernicious the whole thing is - as well as how hard I’ve been been working to try to resolve it, both for my own sake and for sake of being able to preserve this place as a viable space for collective housing in Denver.

I would ask my friends who are passing this link out to please vouch for me and for the severity of the situation (just without leaving any of the explicit details of what I’m dealing with in any publicly accessible place). Please also feel free to message me for details that I might be able to share privately - although note that I may not be able to respond right away, as I am so caught up in how dire this is.

Please note that this is 100% NOT a landlord issue (trust me, I’ve checked), so please don’t try to recommend landlord-tenant resources or the like.

I am already actively in the process of pursuing every resource I am eligible for that is remotely applicable to any part of this situation, including working with a couple different case workers, it’s just that it’s extra difficult to do so when everything is crashing down around me and I have to spend all of my time trying to figure out how to make rent and other minimal expenses at all, plus keeping basic infrastructure running, rather than spending the time it would take to move forward and get out of this situation (again, sorry for how vague and abstracted I’m forced to be here).

But, for all my friends who have been asking how you can help but aren’t in a position to offer much more materially than sympathy and emotional support (but I really do thank all of you for that!), and I keep saying it would help me immensely if you could all circulate the link to a GoFundMe if I could ever figure out how to safely and coherently do one for this kind of situation - here it is!
