Help Paczki get surgery!

Paczki is an a absolute sweetheart of a kitten, and at just 12 weeks old this little boy has been diagnosed with Patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), which is when a fetal vessel that connects the main pulmonary artery and aorta does not close after birth. X Rays showed congestive heart failure. The treatment for PDA is occlusion or closure of the PDA via surgery by surgical ligation via a thoracotomy. If the PDA is not closed soon,  Paczki will succumb to heart failure within the next few weeks. The only way he is going to live a healthy and long life is surgical correction.
