Help Padhar Hospital Covid Patients

As India's COVID situation worsens, I reached out to my friends and contacts at Padhar Hospital to see if we could help. Padhar Hopistal is a charitable Christian Mission Hospital registered under the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Madhya Pradesh.

They have sent me a request for help to supply the hospital with oxygen, equipment, and treatments.

They wrote,  "The second wave is very different from what we experienced here last year- quite frightening actually. Our 50 bed COVID ward is full- many on oxygen...which is in poor supply. Our oxygen plant is working at full capacity, we have 6 oxygen concentrators and many cylinders. It is extremely difficult to procure oxygen cylinders and the charges are exorbitant. Drugs and laboratory tests for prognostic tests for COVID are in short supply- rather our suppliers are down to zilch stocks. It is heartbreaking- with us turning away 25-30 patients due to lack of beds and oxygen."
