My name is Rosalyn Phipps, and I’m the lead designer of Palisades Flowers, a beloved flower shop in the heart of Pacific Palisades. Until Tuesday night, we had the privilege of serving this wonderful community with beautiful blooms for over 20 years. Tragically, we watched in horror as our shop burned down in the devastating Palisades Fire. We saw it unfold live on TV around 11 PM, and our hearts sank knowing we had lost everything.

We lost our delivery van, all of our tools, plants we cared for, our flowers, and most of all a place we called home.

Palisades Flowers was never just a job—it was a place where community and friendships blossomed. The shop had a unique way of bringing people together from all walks of life. We crafted floral arrangements with passion, always surrounded by laughter, joy, and a little bit of silliness. We were there for the Palisades through every milestone—birthdays, engagements, weddings, funerals, and welcoming new babies. Whether it was a single rose for a nervous first date or three dozen for a 50th anniversary, we were there with smiles, love, and a genuine passion for what we do.

My team and I now find ourselves not only facing the grief of losing our shop but also the reality of being unemployed overnight. The pain we feel for our community is matched by the uncertainty of our future. We cannot afford to be jobless and are turning to you for help during this difficult time.

All funds raised will go directly to supporting our small team of florists and drivers, helping us with rent, bills, and groceries as we navigate this unexpected change.
