RISE UP, PAMPLONA CAGAYAN

Dear Friends and Fellow Pamplonenos,

On the night of December 4th, a massive flash flood hit Pamplona causing unimaginable devastation. This is especially hard to comprehend as it's been only 15 months since the most powerful typhoon (Ompong) in the Philippines struck our town.

The flash floods swept away everything in its path leaving many families without food, potable water, clothing, shelter, and livelihood - the essentials for survival.

The group "Rise Up Pamplona", with its active and organized members in Pamplona, Manila and abroad, plan to hold relief operations as soon as the roads are passable. We will be distributing drinking water, clothes, towels, blankets, medicine, and other relief materials to those seriously affected by the flood.

This is a desperate situation, so once again, we are asking for your utmost support and donations so that together, we can help alleviate the plight of our kababayans.
