Help neurological parvo puppy survivor

This little puppy was being given away on Nextdoor (see screenshots)... I could tell he had something going on - possibly sick - and he is emaciated. I couldn't bear someone taking him for free and not getting him vet care. I picked him up this morning around 930am and took him directly to my vet clinic...

I just heard from my vet and this little one is parvo positive and he seems to be blind and have possible neurologic issues (could have caused the blindness). It's also possible he has distemper (the treatment for parvo and distemper is the same). I cannot turn my back on him. They are hospitalizing him now to get him started on supportive care (IV etc).

I just recently went through a lot with both my dogs Apache (ACL surgery - complications - second surgery to remove TPLO hardware) and Lily (emergency vet visit after collapsing - tumor on spleen - 3 days later said goodbye to my girl ) spending almost 10k.

I need help with this baby's vet care. At least to get him through the weekend...
