I am friends with Pat and Susan Riley, who have given so much of themselves for the sake of others. We attend the same church. They, along with their two grandchildren have lost their home and all their belongings in the Eaton Fire, requiring them to start from scratch. The cross hanging in the photo above is about all that survived the fire, and is a great reminder of the hope that will no doubt sustain them in the coming days.
