Help Pat Schneider get back on her feet!

Dear friends of Pat Schneider,
As many may or may not know, Pat has been dealing with numerous health issues over the past couple years. From blocked arteries, requiring stents, abnormal intestinal blood vessels (called AVM's), causing severe intestinal bleeding, which in turn has caused iron - deficiency anemia.
Pat has been hospitalized 8 times in just the last 10-12 months. She has had many ER visits, and most recently, was in the ICU for several days.
Due to the internal bleeding, Pat's hemoglobin count drops rapidly. She has undergone often weekly blood transfusions and iron infusions for many months.
After recently being released from the hospital, Pat had an unfortunate fall in her home, breaking her hip and shoulder. She underwent successful surgery for both, and is currently receiving in -patient accute physical therapy for both. She has continued to need blood transfusions and iron throughout her stay. She is hopeful to be released to go home soon, but still will be needing therapy for quite some time.
Because of the many hospitalizations, the recouperating time, etc. Pat has missed weeks/months of being able to work throughout the past year. It is not certain when she will be able to return to work.
Pat has exhausted her savings, and is unsure how she will be able to make ends meet in the very near future.
I am reaching out with this health related GoFundMe campaign to help offset some of the medical bills that insurance will not cover, Pat's rent and utility bills and any uncovered after- care she may need.
We know that money is tight for everyone right now, so please know that even a small amount will help Pat get closer to getting back on her feet!
Despite all the hurdles, hardships and setbacks she has faced, you will always find Pat determined, courageous and having a strong will to keep on fighting!!!
