Help Patrick Burley aka djBIG

Hello, I'm Patrick Burley/djBIG, and seeking your support in prayers, shares, and, if possible, financial assistance. I'm a man of Faith and do Believe In God...hence the BIG acronym. Performing as an entertainer/dj for 30yrs has been amazing but my spine has paid the price. I've spent the last year searching for a house where I could survive if disabled. I am now facing emergency surgery in an attempt to avoid complete paralysis from the neck down. I have double severe stenosis that has already cut off more than half of my spinal cord. Typically, they would do the procedure through the neck. However, having multiple surgeries through the neck, I would lose my voice. First, the last neck surgery two years ago- I beat thyroid cancer. Yay! However, I also bled out during that surgery because of scar tissue from previous neck surgery for my spine. For all you music lovers, keep bobbing your head = strengthens the neck muscles! That all said, they are going to operate from the backside. This will greatly elongate the recovery. I've already been told it's painful, very long, and no certainty that it will work. It's the best attempt but will ultimately fall on me. As many of you know, I'm a warrior mindset for training and comebacks. Thanks to my friends for making me train all those years! I need the funding because I had to put everything into moving into the house I will need to rehab from. My most basic monthly budget items and travel for rehab and medical follow-ups. I've worked hard to get this far and will have no income for a considerable amount of time. I face a lot of unknowns but know this will be a long road. I'm all in for the challenge. I do plan to return to Riverside Auto in Marinette, WI but need to be solid so I don't go backward. Unlike my previous profession, which included hauling equipment for 30yrs, my new direction has allowed me to keep working with many of the amazing wedding clients and community people. However, climbing out of a 3/4 ton truck or into a small suv will not do me any good until I'm recovered. I will be focusing on and sharing my rehab intake and development for those who also might be facing surgery. Thank you for your consideration and any assistance.
