Help Patrick Tomlin with cancer surgery

I am a 36 year old father of 3 fighting stage 4 colorectal cancer.  I will be having surgery soon to remove original tumor site. Ive been able to work part and full time mostly at my job for the last 2 years but medical bills are piling up fast again. I will be out of work for some time along with my wife who will be caring for me.
