Help Paul and his sister

Over the last few months I’ve been doing disability support work, via my brother in law Dave’s company, with a participant named Paul 

Paul and his sister both have an intellectual disability and need a lot of help, support and love to sustain a decent quality of life

He was living with his father, who for a long time had been suffering with cardiac issues and was due to have a heart bypass sometime in the not too distant future

Unfortunately a few weeks back, however, Paul contracted Covid and whilst he himself didn’t suffer to any great extent, his father was unable to win his own battle with it and sadly passed away

On top of this, they have no contact with their mum, who regrettably isn’t in a position to look after him and his sister to the level that they need

Where he and his sister go from here I’m not 100% sure, but there’s no doubt they are in desperate need of as much help as support as they can get

So I want to try play my part and invite you to do the same if you’re in a position in which you are able to so

I’m going to be doing 100km on a ski erg in an attempt to raise $5,000 dollars to help with whatever they may need over the coming months. Money that will be handled responsibly by myself and my brother in law to ensure it gets used in the most effective way possible

The last couple of years has been tough on all of us, some more than others, and I see the only way forward is to help others more in need than ourselves
