Help Pay Calvin's Vet Bill After Pitbull Attack

On Saturday, September 28th, Calvin and his owner Lauren were out for a morning walk in the park across the street when they were attacked by three pitbulls outside their building on Keefer Place in Vancouver. 

Lauren was taken by ambulance to the hospital for stitches to her wounds.  Two neighbours from the building took Calvin to the pet hospital for emergency care for multiple wounds.

The vet bill for Calvin is already up to $4,700 with more to come. While no one blames the breed or the dogs, the irresponsible owners, who apparently are residents of the DTES, are unlikely to cover any of the bills to care for Calvin. 

Please do what you can to help Lauren with these unexpected bills for Calvin.
