Help pay for medical bills for Kevin

Hi all!!

My name is Kaylee Mast, Kevin Mast's wife and dog mom to Apollo. I want to start with some backstory before I delve into the sad stuff.

About a year ago, I had the opportunity to take a "medical leave" from work after my pain from Ehlers Danlos got too much to handle. After much consideration, Kevin and I decided that it would be better for me to just stay home and take care of the house, the animals, and him. Then, we got married and had the best Honeymoon in October, ready to start our lives as a married couple.

We were fine until about 2 weeks ago when our dog, Apollo, tore his ACL. Torn ACL turned into vet appointments that turned into surgery which cost us a pretty penny (over $1,000 so far). We were fine still until last week Kevin found a lump and realized one of his testicles was harder than the other. Cue the doctor appointments and ultrasounds that turned into him having surgery yesterday (a whirlwind of a week, right?).

So now, Kevin is out of work for 6 weeks (with pay, thankfully) but we have an immense amount of medical bills coming to us that are just terrifying to even think about. I have been trying to DoorDash on the side to make some money but it's hard to find more time when you now have two patients to take care of.

Today, Apollo gets staples taken out of his leg so thankfully his healing process will truly start. Next week we will find out if my sweet husband has cancer or not.

All of this has hit our little family so very hard and anything honestly helps. I'm not one for begging normally but this is where we are currently. I know we can make it through whatever life throws at us but I am truly just so scared to lose my best friend in the whole world.
