Help Pay for Obie's Surgery

Hi, we're Allison and Devon. Yesterday, on the 4th of July, we spent the day comforting our dog, Obie, as he vomited countless times throughout the day. Obie is normally a super energetic, outgoing, and hungry guy; we knew something was wrong when he wouldn't touch food and didn't want to get up off the floor. We decided to take him to the emergency vet, the only option on a holiday.

Obie has multiple intestinal blockages which require immediate, life-saving surgery. We have no clue what he ingested (stay tuned), but whatever it is, it's causing a complete obstruction of his GI tract. The estimate for surgery and hospitalization costs is $10,422-$11,689. The vet requires a deposit of $7,414.94. We are fortunate enough to have access to lines of credit to pay the deposit so that Obie's surgery is not delayed. Any donations will go toward paying off this debt as well as covering the remaining costs which will be due upon discharge from the hospital.

Obie is a goofy, sweet, healthy guy with a lot of life left to live. We are all immeasurably grateful for any donations to help cover his care.
