Help paying for prescriptions & some bills

I'm Jason Jessup and have been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure and my heart is working at only 25% + have become diabetic too. I'm unable to work and cannot afford my medications that are over 250 a month and also need a little help paying my electric n water bills. Thankfully the food banks are here to help me keep some groceries in the house
