Help Pederson with his Leg Surgery

Back in January 17th, I was playing basketball and ruptured my patellar tendon on my right knee by landing with too much force. I didn't want to go on a ambulance cause I didn't have health insurance, but I knew something was wrong with my knee as soon as I fell, I couldn't get up and had to get some help from friends and family who were there to put me on the couch. An hour went I decided to get ambulance. When I got to Einstein hospital, they told me the bad news and that I needed surgery ASAP! I had to pay 250$ up front that night. So, I'm on my best friends couch for a couple days looking around to see who takes patients without health insurance because the doctor that Einstein provided me with to set up an appointment didn't take self pay (self pay is for patients without health insurance). Finally, I found Rothman Orthopedics and set up an appointment to meet up with a doctor in a couple days. I met up with my doctor and he told me not to get an MRI cause he knows his stuff and that I didn't have insurance. For Rothman, I paid about 2300 up front, and 400 for the knee brace. The day before my Surgery at Jefferson Abington Hospital I had to pay 7,283 up front to proceed with it. It's been a month and a couple weeks after surgery and I received a couple of medical bills but this one came out to be the most which I can't really afford right now even with Short term disability pay from my current Job. Below is a summary of the bill from Jefferson Hospital. I've already paid 7,283. At this point, anything will help me to get me back on my feet literally and financially. It's been a pretty rough journey. For those who know me, I don't really ask for much but I Thank you and you're appreciated.
