Help Pedro get endoscopic spine surgery.

I have been dealing with excruciating back pain for the last 6 months, I have gone to multiple doctors but had received no real diagnosis on what was causing my constant back pain. I haven't been able to live a normal life these last few months walking, siting, and even laying down brings me great pain and discomfort. It wasn't until about two weeks ago that I received an MRI and finally found out what was going on with my spine, I found that I have a degeneration on my L4-5 lumbar disc due to a herniated disc as well as narrowing of my Left lateral recess and an annual tear on the outside portion of my disc. I've been dealing with debilitating pain every single day for the last few months, the pain radiates from my low back down to my groin and all the way down my leg into my foot. It wasn't until I received the results from the MRI that I found a doctor that specializes in these types of injuries, I sent him copies of my MRI images along with my report and finally received an accurate diagnosis, he recommended I would benefit from endoscopic spine surgery given that I've been in pain for 6 months now and I have tried physical therapy and even chiropractic help but to no relief. I don't feel comfortable asking people for money but I really don't have any other options left, I can't live a normal life like this and have been confined to my bed for two months now, any little movement aggravates the pain to the point I can't stop crying. Please if you can donate any amount would be honestly appreciated.
