Help Pedro pay off his medical expenses

Hello, my name is Casey, and my coworkers and I over at Mamma Melina are fundraising today to help our beloved coworker, Pedro, to pay off his medical and recovery bills.

 

Pedro contracted COVID-19 a couple of weeks ago, was submitted to the hospital over the weekend, and went to the ICU earlier this week. He has been in our thoughts over at Mamma Melina all week.

 

He is a father to 6 wonderful children, and works tirelessly to provide for them. He is truly one of the nicest, most genuine, hard working people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and it has been devastating watching him and his family go through this ordeal. I have known Pedro personally for over 7 years now, and he has worked with my restaurant and the Varchetta family for about 17 years.

 

Any amount helps, big or small. The amount of times I have seen Pedro go out of his way to help others, whether it be helping them with car troubles, offering rides, covering shifts, or just going the extra mile to make someone's day, Pedro deserves all of the help we can get for him.
