I'm committed to a 300m swim, then a 20km bike ride, ending with a 5K run.

Dementia is a disease that affects so many people and families. Including my own Dad. Who we eventually had to move into a specialist care home.

Throughout this challenging. long and expensive process, my family and I experienced firsthand the impact of dementia.

So any contribution, big or small, will make a MASSIVE difference.
