Help Pepe, Jax & their 8 kids rebuild from floods!

Hi everybody, my name is Ashley and I own Platter Me Beautiful - a business based here in the Northern Rivers.

After much convincing, Pepe and Jax have allowed me to set up a Go Fund Me page to help them rebuild their flood affected family home, farm and business’.

Pepe and Jax are a local couple from the Lismore region, small business owners and parents to 8 kids. This is a much loved, well known family that are always the first to help out their community in times of need.

Many of the local community will be familiar with our good friend Pepe of Five Sixty Farms, a much loved and well respected farmer who supplies micro greens, vegetables and edible flowers to local catering businesses and restaurants. His wife Jax has worked in the wedding industry for 8 years and runs a business, Salon Five Sixty in the Lismore area.

This time Pepe and Jax need our help. The devastating floods wiped out their home, their farm and Jax’s salon and left them with nothing.

After the trauma of losing everything we want to be able to relieve some of their stress with as much financial assistance as we can raise. This family have contributed to the Northern Rivers lucrative wedding, cafe and market business for years and now they need our help in return.

If you have tried my platters you’ll have seen the beautiful edible flowers that Pepe provides and if you visit the local markets you will have tried his amazing produce.

In the short term this money will go towards accommodation and food for the family, as well as clothes and replacement school supplies for their 8 children, the cost for this could be $3000-$4000. Long term, your donations will help to rebuild their home and purchase white goods and furniture estimated way above the $12,000 we hope to raise. Jax’s salon and the family farm also need rebuilding entirely.

This Go Fund Me page is for the many kind people that have contacted me asking where to direct donations - this family genuinely need to replace and rebuild EVERYTHING and you can help and all donations will go directly to Pepe’s bank account.
