Help Pepper Ann Walk Again

Hi Friends and Animal Lovers,

Pepper is such a great dog, she has brought so much joy to my life for the past 6 years. She needs emergency medical surgery for her back if she will ever be able to walk again.

On Thursday 1/28 in the evening she ruptured a disc which rendered her back legs useless. Basically her spine is no longer sending signals to her brain about her hind legs. After taking her to her vet, this is her diagnosis, and for her to be able to walk again she will need surgery ASAP. The vet wanted me to get in this weekend.  She explained the longer I wait, the less chance Pepper has of being able to walk. This surgery will be between 4500-5500 USD.

I always thought if I ever did a gofundme it would be for a BBL in Costa Rica, but this cause isa way more worthy donation.  I appreciate your support, and I just want my dog to be okay.

She is currently on pain meds to help manage, and has to be carried everywhere/assisted for the bathroom.  I am truly heartbroken, it’s so scary to know she was totally fine Thursday morning, and now cannot even stand up. I think the worst part is she still has the same bright attitude, and she doesn’t understand why her legs won’t work. It’s super tough to watch. 

I feel dumb making this as I know there are plenty of worthy causes to donate to across this platform, but I’m not sure what else I can do, as I cannot afford this bill on my own.
