Help Perry Fight Resistant Cancer

Perry was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the parotid gland in the fall of 2022. He has undergone numerous immunotherapy and chemotherapy treatments, but his cancer has resisted each. We were also involved in a clinical trial that did not manage to push back the growth of the tumor. We have traveled to MD Anderson's Cancer Center in Texas to seek a second opinion, but unfortunately, we have been left with only palliative options.

We have been researching The Williams Cancer Institute since last summer, but wanted to exhaust all insurance options before going there for treatment. Treatment with Dr. Williams is not covered by insurance and between the treatment costs, hospitalization costs, airfare, and hotel accommodations for each of the six treatments needed, we are beyond what we can handle financially.

We are asking for anyone who has the ability to give to help make this last possibility of HOPE a reality.

12/21 update - This past week we went for our first treatment. Perry did great with no side effects and we can already see that changes are happening. Traveling is really difficult for him, but it is worth it. Dr. Williams and his entire staff are wonderful to work with and truly gave us hope for the first time is a long time. I will continue to update our journey here. Our next treatment is the week of Jan. 13th.
