Help Petar Fight Leukemia

A year ago, our 13-year-old son was diagnosed with leukemia (AML). Petar was in the hospital for 6 months, receiving extremely strong chemotherapy,  which resulted in aplasia, destroyed his immune system, and left him with no ability to defend against pathogens. He got sepsis, ended up in the unit intensive care, and barely survived. Unfortunately, the consequences of chemotherapy are still being treated today, but fortunately the child is in remission. In order to stay in remission, and to prevent the recurrence of malignant disease, it is necessary to go abroad for treatment, which costs 120,000 euros. Since these medical charges will be extremely high, we are forced to seek financial assistance. According to the medical professionals, 5 years need to pass without recurrence in order for the treatment to be considered successful (cured). The first year is behind us, we have 4 more years left. Please help our child survive.

Prije godinu dana našem je sinu jedincu od 13 godina dijagnosticirana leukemija(AML).Petar je bio u bolnici 6 mjeseci ,primao izrazito jaku kemoterapiju,bio u aplaziji,uništenog imunološkog sustava ,bez mogućnosti obrane od patogena.Dobio je sepsu,završio u jedinici intenzivne njege,jedva ostao živ.Na žalost posljedice kemoterapije liječimo i danas,a na sreću dijete je u remisiji.Da bi ostao u remisiji,da se spriječi recidiv maligne bolesti,potrebno je ići na liječenje u inozemstvo, koje bi koštalo 120.000 eura ..S obzirom da su to ogromne cifre za naše uvjete,primorani smo tražiti financijsku pomoć.Prema stavu struke treba proći 5 godina bez recidiva da se liječenje smatra uspješnim (izlijecenim).Prva je godina iza nas,još 4 su ostale.Molimo vas za pomoć da nam dijete preživi .
