Help Philip and Karen Rebuild After Hurricane Helene.

Hello Everyone, my name is Landon Pyle. I am the nephew of Philip and Karen Damsel. On the eve of September 26th, Hurricane Helene swept through their waterfront home in Hudson, Florida. The storm surge brought over 5 feet of water throughout their home, causing them to lose everything they own.

Due to the fact that their home is manufactured and not built up on stilts, Florida’s homeowner insurance will not insure their home. They have spent the last 10 years renovating their home. They are both retired and will have to pay for everything out of pocket.

For those of you who know my Aunt and Uncle, they are one of the kindest, most loving, giving, and hardworking people I know. If you are able to donate anything, even as much as $5, they would be so grateful. If you are not able to donate, if you could at least share this post, it would mean so much. We are trying to raise $20,000 if possible. This won’t cover much, but it will at least give them some assistance with replacing drywall, flooring, cabinets, furniture, tools, etc.
