Help Photographotter donate a kidney

I'll try to keep this description short but there's a lot of info to get out there.

I'm currently in the process of donating my kidney to my friend in Sweden. The Swedish healthcare services are going to be paying me for lost wages and other expenses in relation to the donation.

However

The payout only happens one time. Meaning I can only apply for it once the entire process is over. At the time of writing this, I've just learned that my friend and I are a match! This is spectacular news! But it unfortunately means that since the operation won't be until February, then the recovery period will be at least a month long plus the processing time for everything means that I won't get that the compensation from the past five week's lost work or the plane ticket(s) until sometime around march or April of next year.

As someone who works a minimum wage job, that makes this whole thing fairly difficult for me since I still need to pay for rent, food and other bills.

I set the goal for this gofundme at $3500 because that's the total amount that this whole process has cost me so far but I by no means need to actually get that much. Honestly, any amount is greatly helpful for me and any contributions are incredibly appreciated
