Help Phuong Nguyen’s funeral expenses

Dear friends and family,

My name is Julie and Phuong N. Nguyen was my mother. She was a diabetic with a weakened immune system. When Covid-19 hit Washington State, she made sure she took all of the precautions and rarely left the home because she knew how it would affect her. 

On April 21st, we took her to the hospital because she was not feeling well, that was when we learned she caught Covid-19. Receiving the news, we were devastated.. It was the hardest week of our lives because we knew that she had to fight really hard to survive. On April 29th, we learned that she passed away due to her lungs and heart failing. She left behind four kids that she loved. 

She was the strongest person I know, she had endured so much in her lifetime. In 2004, our father committed suicide, leaving her to raise us on her own, she dedicated her life to us and to those around her. 

She was kind, giving, strong and loved by so many.

During this difficult time of mourning, we are asking for help with her funeral expenses. Any amount is greatly appreciated and if you cannot donate at this time, sharing this post will also go a long way. I am coordinating this campaign with the support of my Brother, Tony.
