Help Pickle beat cancer

Hi, my name is Charli. My partner, Ripley, and I are fundraising to help our little dog Pickle beat cancer again. She's going to be four years old in the fall, and she's already beat cancer once, but it looks like the mast cell tumors have returned and she's going to need another operation.

This little dog is the light of our lives, along with her baby brother Franklin. She's a sweet, loving, funny girl who loves snuggling, peanut butter and running around like a little wild beast. Pickle had a bit of a rough start coming from a rescue down in Texas, and Ripley and I want nothing more than to make sure she is cared for and loved for a long, happy life.

The veterinarian who's treating Pickle's tumor again thinks our prospects look good. We caught it early, she's otherwise healthy and she's young. With a quick surgery, follow-up monitoring and treatment, we're hoping she can have a long, happy life ahead of her.

The estimate right now is for a total cost just under $1600. We're asking for $2000 to cover lost wages (if any) from taking time off for her surgery, as well as at least one follow-up exam and starting doses of ongoing treatment if needed. If we raise more than this amount, we'll hold on to it just long enough to make sure Pickle is in good shape, but anything left after that we'll pass along to another pet in need.
