Team Godspeed 727 is a newly established travel 7v7 football club. Our goal is to accommodate 40 young, talented, and local Pinellas County athletes. We teach our young men how to discipline their minds and control their emotions. For us, Team Godspeed is more than just a travel ball organization. We pride ourselves on developing young men to better prepare future collegiate athletes, husbands, and fathers. 2020 Team Godspeed Promo Video
We compete at the highest level of high school athletics and expose our athletes to the best talent in the country. In order to do this moving forward into 2021, we need help from the community. Any dollar amount that is given to this GOfundme will directly benefit the athletes. The money will aid in
· Tournament Fees
· Uniforms / Apparel
· Transportation (Vans/busses)
· Lodging (Airbnb)
In our first ever tournament (June 2020) we had representation from Countryside, CCC, Clearwater, Largo, East Lake, and Pinellas Park high schools. Team Godspeed had zero sponsors and zero dollars heading into the 2020 National Championship Battle Royale. 42 teams were in attendance of the tournament from all over the United States. Team Godspeed finished 12th and had three athletes placed in top 10 performance brackets (QB-Kam Simpkins, Clearwater; WR- Qua Jeter, Clearwater; & DB Demetrius Garland, Clearwater)
With an outlet, our athletes have an opportunity to be great. With support from the community we can attend more tournaments and give our youth the chances they deserve to shine. Please help us reach our goal, In Gods timing, in Godspeed. . Check out our 2020 7v7 Battle Royale Promo Video
